Duties

Being a members' club, success depends on everyone volunteering their help whenever possible.Members are required to do 2/3 duties as a minimum during the year, which will be allocated via the Sailing Club Manager system. Members are also asked to take part in at least 2 working parties during the year. As we now require Race Officers and Patrol Boat Helms on Wednesday evenings the required duties may increase to 3 or 4.

Duty slots for 2024 start with Race Officer, Patrol Boat Helm (& Crew) or Gardening Duty or Galley Duty.

For Patrol Boat Duty we expect helms to hold the RYA Powerboat Certificate Level 2 or above, All other duties are open to everyone.
