Sailability

We will be hosting the Scottish Open Challenger Championships on Saturday 3rd August & Sunday 4th August 2024. This event is also part of the Sailability Scotland Traveller Series. Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions to be issued later.

Our Sailability Group intend to have Challenger and Wayfarer boats available for use from midday on Sunday afternoons throughout the Club's season, until about mid-October. Boats will also be available on Wednesday evenings from 18.00hrs commencing May to Sept.

These times coincide with Club racing and open sailing so there will be formal safety cover, Club Sailability members are free to join the races if they so desire. Visiting non-members are however restricted to recreational sailing.

Members are of course free to sail at any time but must recognise in such circumstances they do so on their own responsibility and must ensure they have all necessary support.

Specific "Come and Try It" events are currently being arranged and will be notified in due course.
