Volunteering

The club is member run and as well as the "normal" duties that all members are expected to share in, there is huge scope for volunteering to help manage the club.

The management committee, the dinghy instructors, powerboat instructors, race coaches all give freely of their time throughout the year.

Additionally, there is a small band of more "senior" members who can be found working around the club in all weathers throughout the winter keeping the club boats and the clubhouse shipshape.

There is now a "Gardening Duty" Roster to look after grass cutting, weeding and generally keeping the club site reasonably neat and tidy. This is ideal for non-sailing members.
